そうですね、最初にヨーロッパでびっくりしたことは、病院のシステムが全然違うことですね。日本で病院に行きたい時は、病気の症状によって病院を選びます。病気：sick, illness, 症状：symptoms 例えば、お腹が痛い時は、内科（internal medicine）、怪我をした時（injury）は、外科（surgery department）、目に問題がある時は、眼科（eye doctor）、それぞれ小さい病院が色々なところにあるので、症状によって病院を選んで、Google mapで探して、で、病院に行きます。

でもヨーロッパでは、最初にG P （かかりつけ医）General practitionerに行って、それからアドバイスをもらったり、違う医者を紹介してもらったりしますよね。

これが日本のシステムと違ったので、「あなたはここの患者（patient）じゃないから、だめです」って言われてびっくりしました。

それからレストランですね。日本のレストランでは、食べたいものが決まったら、店員さんに「すみませーん！」って言って、店員さんを呼びますよね。決まる：to be decided, 店員：clerk, waiter、呼ぶ：to call

でも、ヨーロッパではこれが失礼なことなんですよね。失礼：rude だから、チェコのレストランで注文したい時に「すみませーん！Prosím Vás」って呼んだら、「ちょっと待って！？」と怒られました。怒られる：they got angry at me

日本だったら「すみませーん」「はい、少々お待ちください。はい、何でしょうか？」という感じの、優しいサービスなんですけど、ヨーロッパでは店も客もフェアな関係だから、ウェイターが忙しい時に「すみません」と言ったら「え、何？ちょっと今忙しいんだけど？！」って怒られます。笑

これは本当にカルチャーショックでしたね。

あと、これは本当にね、びっくりしたことなんですけど、失礼だったら本当にごめんなさい。I am sorry if I say something rude. ヨーロッパの女の子は、セクシーな服を着る人が本当に多いんですよね。日本人のファッションって、そんなにセクシーじゃないし、胸とか足とか結構隠していることが多いと思います。胸：chest, 足：legs, 隠す：to hide でも、ヨーロッパの女の子はあまり気にしていなくて、タンクトップとか、短いスカートとか、たまにブラジャーが見えていたり、さらにはブラジャーをつけていない人もいて、日本人にとってはちょっとセクシーすぎるかも！？って思いました。

それから男の人のファッションも、多分日本とはちょっと違いますね。あの、ヨーロッパの、特にチェコの男の人はだいたいadidasかNikeのTシャツを着て、でパーカー（hoodie）を着て、寒かったらジャケットを着る、というパターンが多かったです。笑カバンとかリュックも、だいたいスポーツブランドが多くて、これは日本とちょっと違うかなと思いました。日本人は、シャツにカーディガンを着たり、Tシャツの上にシャツを着たり、あと最近は少し大きめのオーバーサイズのセーターを着て、ジェンダーレスな服を着ていたりすることが多いですね。あとは、最近の若い男の人はメイクをする人もいるみたいです。ヨーロッパの男の人は、普通の日にはそんなにファッションを気にしないですよね。気にする：to care about / 気にしない：do not care
