転職：changing job, job change, career change
みなさん、転職したことがありますか？
転職は、仕事を変えること。働いている会社を変えることです。
変える：to change
特に：especially
働いている：be working
私はね〜、転職したことが２回ありますよ〜。
大学を卒業した後は、すぐワインの会社で働いていました。
ワインが好きだったし、ワインのソムリエになりたかったので、ワインの会社に入ったんです。
でも働いているうちに、ワインを売るのってなんだかつまらないな〜と思うようになって、結局半年くらいで辞めました。😂
大学を卒業する：to graduate university
〜しているうちに：while I am / was doing
つまらない：boring
結局：in the end
半年：a half year
辞める：to quit
そのあと転職をして、チェコの留学生サポートセンターで働きました。
留学生：exchange student, foreign student
日本から来た留学生の生活をサポートする仕事です。
楽しかったんですけど、人間関係がうまくいかなくて辞めました。
人間関係：relationships of work, school, family
人間関係がうまくいかない：can’t get along with people at work
上司がすごーく嫌いだったんです！w
上司：manager
で、そのあとで日本語の先生になりました。
日本語の先生は本当にとても楽しいですよ。
天職を見つけられて良かったな〜と思います。

ちなみに、昔に比べると日本で転職をする人は増えています。
昔に比べる：to compare with old times
１年くらいで違う会社に転職する人もいるし、５年くらい働いてから転職する人もいます。
でも昔は、就職したら５０年くらいずっと同じ会社で働き続けるというのが普通のことだったんです。転職することに対してはマイナスなイメージがありました。
みなさんは、どう思いますか？

もしかしたら「働いた年数による」と言う人が多いんじゃないかな。

確かに、３ヶ月くらいで仕事をやめて新しい仕事をさがす、というのを何度も繰り返していたら、会社にとってもあまりいいことないですからね〜。
１年くらい働いてから転職するのは、いいと思うけど。。。
あ、でも私は半年で転職したことがあるから、何も言えない。笑

I've changed jobs twice, you know!
Right after I graduated from college, I worked for a wine company.
I joined a wine company because I loved wine and wanted to become a wine sommelier.
But as I worked there, I started to think that selling wine was kind of boring, so I quit after about half a year. 😂.
