2021年1月30日（土）今日の天気はくもり時々晴れ、朝の気温はマイナス１度。昼は八度くらいまであがるそうですが、今日は寒そうですね。
私が起きた時間は？８時です！😂 あの、どうしたら、もっと早く起きられますか？
今日は７時に起きたんですが、ベッドから出られたのは８時くらいです。はぁ。
でも、あさラジオ、再開します。朝、もっと早く起きられるように、が、頑張ります。
今日のテーマは、日本の大学です。
日本の大学は、大きく分けて３つあります。一つ目は国がお金を出している国立の大学、二つ目は市（町）がお金を出している公立の大学、そして三つ目は、学校がお金を出している私立の大学です。
国立、公立、私立です。国立は national, 公立は public, そして私立は privateという意味です。
国立大学は、基本的に入学試験（大学に入るためのテスト）が難しいです。レベルが高い上に、学費（学校に払うお金）が安いですから、とても人気があります。
それから国立大学は、古い建物が多いです。ほとんどの国立大学は、明治から昭和時代、だいたい150年前から50年前くらいに建てられました。
中でも一番古い大学は、東京大学という大学です。1877年に建てられました。
公立大学は、 publicですから、市や町がお金を出しています。公立大学の学費もあまり高くないです。小さい大学が多いんですが、医学部（medical department）がある大学が人気です。
そして私立大学。私立大学は数がとても多いです。日本にたくさんあります。もちろん国立、公立大学よりもたくさんあります。でも学費がかなり高いです。学部にもよりますが、１年間の学費は、だいたい80万から100万円。それが４年間あるわけですから、大学を卒業するのに400万円以上かかります。
そのため、私立大学の建物は新しくて綺麗なものが多くて、設備（equipment）も充実しています。新しいパソコンがあったり、エレベーターとか、wifiとか、綺麗なカフェテリアなど。図書館も大きくて、勉強しやすい環境が整っています。
日本の大学に入るために、受験をしなければなりません。受験 = to take an entrance exam. 受験します。
日本は、卒業試験より、入学試験の方が難しいです。The entrance exam is more difficult than the graduation exam. だからほとんどの受験生（学生）は、高校生の時にがんばってたくさん勉強します。
そして、大学の入学試験に合格できなかった人（people who did not pass the university entrance examination）は、またその1年後にもう一回試験をうけなければなりません。これは大変ですね。お金がなくて、アルバイトをしながら受験勉強をする人もいます。
ちなみに、日本の大学ランキングは、2020年は1位が宮城県にある東北大学、２位が京都大学、そして３位が東京大学らしいです。
ランキングの１位から９位まで、全部国立大学ですから、やっぱり国立大学のイメージは頭がいい！というイメージが強いですね。
